Sorry but that sounds AWESOME! Ok, so not for a 4 year old but I'd love to try kickboxing. I was feeling a bit better last night so did a cardi-kickboxing dvd and OMG, I have buns of steel today!!! :D Walking like John Wayne a bit though... :rotfl:

At Jujitsu we have a club especially to train children as it teaches self defence but more importantly, discipline. It is really good and we have children as young as 3 who look so sweet in their little gi's (white pajama type things) :A

  • What's AF? Sounds like I need some of that! I've done a Sainsburys shop this afternoon online with some vouchers - £71 down to £39, not a patch on yours!

AF is a web site called Approved Food. It sells short dated food at bargain prices!

Jemma, totally agree, I teach little ones on a Wednesday and just been offered free kickboxing as my method of payment. So tempting to take it up, just struggling with time.

Pedro sent you a message about the music. I have to admit I miss my music so much.

Jakes mum, nothing cuter then little ones boxing. In fact my eight year loved our punch bag when we got it, he currently uses he dad.

Well today's been up and down day. Had to fork out some cash for the toll and for parking. That bring my expenses to £20.75 so will let it roll over as my boss prefers more to put in. Damn it he doesn't understand I'm broke.
Work visa recovered so I don't need to fill the car up with my own card! Thank god.

However but of a stress as mother in law dog had to be put down after a dog fight/ attack. Devastated and was panicking as I wasn't sure if she'd be back this week meaning after school I had't budget for.

Very lucky she is back tomorrow. Off to Kettering in the morning so early night as just asleep while kid read his book to me! Oops

Jake is 10 and started learning Seni Ki Ryu last July, which is a kind of mix of all the different martial arts, he's already a blue belt and is currently studying knife defence

Miss Lily will get to join, but im not quite ready for her to be kicking some a*se at barely turned 4 :rotfl:. She was loving it though, kept saying 'one one, two and kick' using her brother as her [STRIKE]victim[/STRIKE] sparring partner :rotfl:

Pedro, I should have mentioned it's 144 sachets of past the "best before" date cous cous, but as us frugalistas know, that means squat to anyone but the SMs ;)

Turns out 100g makes 2 portions, so I've got 288 dinners hahahaha
