  • Sorry to hear you're feeling rough Jemma, don't spend all day on the forums!

Did my usual OCD check of the accounts today to find that we've finally been paid for some work we did! Now I must admit that in the past I would have thought, ooh goody we can have a nice treat, but instead I put some in the tax savings account and paid £800 to virgin! I am so pleased with myself! The minimum payment direct debit has also come out which has brought the debt down to £4604.58.:j

Went out for a meal last night with some neighbours (not the sort of people I thought I could admit to being too broke). Put my share on the tesco credit card and I have just gone onto their website and paid it straight off.:D

Thank you so much for keeping me focused everyone! Have a good day.

I have a large butternut squash lurking about somewhere so am going to fish out my recipe for butternut squash muffins and sugar-free lemon curd :D Quite looking forward to them actually.....

Oompa - I don't know if your page layout is the same as mine but if you scroll to top of page, I have a green strip with "main site forum user cp community..." I click on user cp and it takes me to a page with all my subscribed thread ons. At the side is a menu and you'll find "edit signature" there. HTH x

Hi Oompa Loompa, do you mean where can you access the weekly mini challenges?

If so, then Kerri normally just announces them on this thread on Sat/Sun of each week and also puts that weeks challenge in her signature to remind everyone. I want to put a full list of all the mini challenges we've had since this challenge started on the first page but it means finding them all but I just haven't had time yet unfortunately!

That is FANTASTIC!!!! Well done hun, the key to debt busting is changing your mind set so you are excited about paying off your debt rather than spend the money. It sounds like you're there!!! :T:T:T xxx
I was just standing in HMV with three BluRays in my hand, ready to go to the checkout... and then I felt you lot burning a hole in the back of my skull with your eyes. £23 [STRIKE]saved[/STRIKE] not spent! :j

We were only staring at your dodgy choices... :rotfl:
