I'm off on holiday for a week from tomorrow, but while I'm away a few payments are coming out. I won't be making any overpayments this month, but I'll still be less in debt at the end of it. Slow progress, February is where it all kicks off again
*blushes...* thank you very much, right back at you!
You're not going on a cruise are you?!I cannot believe what a numpty that captain was... "I accidently fell into the life boat with my 2nd and 3rd in command..." They are actually selling t-shirts in Italy that say "Get back on board for F*** sake". I feel so sorry for those that have lost family members because of such a stupid idiot!!!
Come on 5pm!!! Why can't I win the lottery so I don't have to work EVER AGAIN... I'd happily not work if I had the money to do other things... I shouldn't really moan when I have a great job with great people and other people are struggling as they've been made redundant etc. Consider myself chastised!

We're getting the Eurostar over, so there'll be no veering off course hopefully! It's a friend's 30th, we're going snowboarding and I've been desperately trying to learn. I won't say I'm not nervous!
And when I get back, I might just be in touch...0 -
Hello I am still alive and kicking but just been UBER busy- was away in Nottingham this weekend with work, got home at 10pm Sunday night to a puking husband and two sons. Went to work 8.30 Monday morning, worked again monday evening got home at 10.30. Tuesday boys ok and back to school but nursery phoned and I had to pick up little daughter as she was poorly too. Myself and Big Daughter have so far escaped!! No debt busting here as trying to adjust to new budget now my sick pay has stopped but did use cash today for the shopping and MY WORD what a difference!! I even put things back in Morrisons

Phew! Wow I'm impressed with the snowboarding mallarky, I'll happily scuba or cycle etc but there's no way I'd go downhill on something without breaks!
Looking forward to it x
Right off to the pub now for a well earned drink! See you guys later xxxNew Debt Journey: Pay off £19,622.91 by 30th April 2015 :T

I need to try this cash shopping thing. I've been trying my best to cook and freeze, but the tiny compartment at the top of an under-counter freezer presents logistical difficulties to say the least!
I got £10 off an online shop recently, so despite living opposite a big Sainsbury's, I had £50 of food delivered all the way from Preston! I'm doing my bit for the environment :rotfl: At least my cupboard is stocked with cheap meal staples, so I can knock up a pasta sauce instead of getting a takeaway when the shops are closed!0 -
