exciting! Good luck with that, sounds like a fab business idea.As God is my witness, as God is my witness they're not going to lick me. I'm going to live through this and when it's all over, I'll never be hungry again0 -

morning missy and roo.
Just checking in and subscribing to the new diary. Can't sleep so am snuggled on the sofa with my lappy planning running routes and my Kindle, quite enjoying the peace although the petboy will be awake in an hour or so.It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Hey Scuba, I'm so very jealous of you planning running routes, I used to love running, I just don't get the time now what with OH away, I do have a cross trainer at home and the just dance and active2 things for exercise, haven't done any exercise since bubba was born so need to get on and do it.
Well I need to phone the AA today, finish off my resolutions and goals, finish sorting and tidying, go to tesco (maybe depending how busy it is)
OMG sorry just got off the phone to the aa people, 10 minutes later I am finally off the phone and they are going to ring me back, I just need someone to tell me if its the battery and if I need a new one!!!!! Grrrrr0 -
Happy New Diary!
Your goals and resolutions look good. Think the making new Mummy friends is a great one, I have made some great new friends at baby groups.
Hope you manage to sort the car.0 -
Hello :hello:
How did things go with the AA? It could be your glow plugs (this sounds like i know what they are but I don't
) I know someone who has just replaced his because his car wasn't always starting. Hope is nothing serious.
Loving your resolutions, and it sounds that with little Roo you'll have the perfect motivation to stick to them.
Have you looked at local craft fairs etc, I'm sure getting a stall and taking your cakes etc there would be a good way of getting your name out.
Hope all goes well.... runs off to subscribe.

hey wendz, again lovely to have another yummy new mummy on board.
Hey peabody, the AA came out and just started the car, I do need a new battery! but will charge it for now, now I know whats wrong with it, and OH's dad who is a mechanic is ordering me one and will fit it, so will go over to see the rest of family at the same time.
Oooh craft fairs are a good idea, will have a look and see whats about
Well as the car was running I went and dropped the dvds off to blockbuster and went to tesco, went at the right time as I was coming out there was a que to come in!!!! Crazy! I got the washing liquid that was on offer, Tesco daisy £2 for 28 washes, smells lovely too, hope it cleans well, have got fairy for the baby but didnt want to use it on mine and OH's clothes as its soooo expensive... oooh just thought of another resolution....
Roo is asleep in his car seat so actually have both hands free, am typing, drinking tea, eating chocolate and watching bridget jones, its amazing what multi tasking you can learn to do when you have a little one and very little time
So I have no plans for tonight apart from watching tv eating lots and maybe having a look through the threads on here, what are the rest of you doing?0 -
Glad the car's ok.
I'm staying in tonight too, it's SO expensive to go out at New Year. So probably a good movie and some vodka and coke to toast the year at midnight.Total at 9th Feb 12 - £17,500  Now - £6,851.05Loan - £6022.05, [STRIKE]Card 1 - £3293.85,[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]Card 2 - £2287.04[/STRIKE], Sofa - £825.00Wedding Pot - £0.00
