I think the Modus has come out top, I'm looking for a decent 1.5 diesel now, seems a reasonable spec on all of them, apart from a couple without a/c.
They're a bit few and far between though.
I got my FIL one last year and he loves his.
It probably wont bother you but be aware that Renault are stopping selling the Modus in the UK.0 -

We searched nationally for his via autotrader. We're in northern ireland and Lookers in Bootle were £1500 cheaper for a year younger car than our local Renault dealer was providing.
Got it shipped over for £180 via transporter so still quids in.0
