lots and lots of homeware bargains at ASDA Chapeltown (Sheffield) this morning. I got pack of 2 HiBall Glasses reduced from £3.50 to 74p and little black and white plates (great for candles) reduced from £1.50 to 32p. They had lots more, including black and white mugs reduced from £2 each to 80p each. Didn't see what else they had as the store was packed to bursting, but so many shelves had sale prices on them!
You're so very special, I wish I was special

I assume Homeware reductions are down to individual store/manager.

I went to 3 Asdas today.

Yes some reduced prices were standard

eg, Stoneware dinner set, pack of 4 china mugs etc..

But, bedding etc varied widely for exactly same item. At tills came up full or half price and sa had to over-write and manually put in price THAT store had decided on.
eg Waffle single quilt set, reduced to £12.50/10/8/6.50 or £5 depending on which store, and sometime within store from one stand to another - guess which price The Old Bag paid !!!

Already washed, ironed and ready to put on the bed tonight !!

Also, faux fur cushions, some stores had taken a massive £1 off the price, while others had taken 50% off. So worth checking out all your stores, and around the stores as well.

Noticed a lot of the homeware items have reduced prices, by just 50p or a pound. Might be worth keeping an eye on these to see if they are suddenly slashed in price in the next few weeks, to clear the shelves ready for Christmas stock :D

I think my local closes at 10pm tonight, I wonder if I have time ......;)

Also spotted good reductions on some of the stationery.
sa had huge cage filled with arch lever files, thin folder & paper, etc. Was at least 2 types of file - think one was pastal spots.
This was in homeware section, NOT with rest of stationery, which also had a few reductions.

If you have the time, do check all those little price tickets on the sticking out bars that they hang small stationery nick-nacks and kitchen tools on.
Some stores had bright red or yellow labels to highlight the reduced stuff, others had just the normal small labels, but they DO show reduced prices - eg 2 diff types of pizza cutters, apple corers, melon ballers, meat cleavers etc

Well chuffed, as tonight spotted almost identical faux fur throw and cushion in M&S. I paid £3 and £7.50 - and they look and feel gorgeous. M&S prices £9.50 and £39.50 see here
