Hello everyone,
thank you all for your kind words of welcome. Feeling a bit panicky now seeing my name as part of the challenge - it's enough to make me want a drink.
First AF night of the challenge tonight. I don't drink every night but isn't it amazing how you want something that you know you can't/shouldn't have? Don't actually want a drink at the moment (even by my standards, it's abit early) but I'm sure I will later. Funnily enough, I wasn't bothered about having a drink last night but felt I ought to have one (well, I had 2 actucally) as it was a special celebration.
I'll report back tomorrow.
Good luck to everyone.

Good luck tonight plumjam. You'll feel great when the smileys start to go up against your name and that smug feeling when you've acheived your target (even one night) should be bottled. It's priceless!0

Bearacus,
hope you are feeling better soon.x.
I am not AF this evening, i am celebrating getting an A+ on my latest essay for uni. Really didnt expect it as i'm not a natural academic and have to work really hard just to get average grades most of the time.
Bur only having 2 glasses and will be off to bed shortly.0 -

31 days please Shaggy - she said in a big bold voice standing tall....a million miles from the little ashamed creature who crept onto this thread all those days ago.... still walking, still learning, still reading, still understanding that this is only the beginning of my walk and that to get to the end I must never forget where I began..... thankyou as always (and day 6 with no cigarettes )0
