It’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts

9/15 AF please, managed to keep Saturday's wine to half a bottle, but Sunday's was more like three quarters. But I'm more than halfway to my target.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

EDIT I HAVE UPDATED #3848 WITH YESTERDAY'S AFDs
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    good morning,

What a busy week I have been having but things are improving a lot in my household.
I've got rid of a voluntary job that's beeb bugging me a lot recently and this will help a lot to reduce my stress levels. At the same time I have had a few good discussions with DH about where our lives are going so we're putting in place a five year plan. I'm sketching out what I think is important adn he'll do the same - he seems to have changes his focus a bot so that now our wishes are more aligned (he's a really driven high powered business man and I think he's beginning to have had enough of it all - it'll take a while but that's why we're making a five year plan).
SO funnily enough I have felt much less of an urge to drink and can report another 3 AF days!! Which I thinki s 9 in total.
    Trying to keep in budget.

14 AF please Shaggy and one for the SNC please mackeroo :)

Well done stupotstu, 9 days on the trot is really good

And gien - I think the 5 year plan is a very good idea - not that I know where I am going tomorrow. let alone 5 years!
