7 AF please Shaggy I'm off to Liverpool from tomorrow until Monday evening, which may or may not involve wine - it depends if my sister comes over.
What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?

    EDIT I HAVE UPDATED #3831
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

  • Morning All,

Not really the good week I was hoping for in the Rainman household. No change in the consumtion. We are awaiting the results of MrR's bloodtest.
Last night I had a dream that the hospital phoned in the early hours of the morning to say his samples had been tested and that he had to go in straight away, that they hadn't sent his results to the surgery as it was too urgent. So I guess the whole thing is on my mind :(
Add to that a very light wage packet today, and I'm resisting turning on the heating, makes for a very sad feeling MrsR :(

However, Tracy I'm not sure which made me smile most. The thought of you dancing around the house in a posh frock or the fact that you had 2 dates in one day!!! :T
Hope everyone has a good weekend

mrsr, sorry to hear things haven't changed :(
Maybe you need to dance round the house to keep warm :)

I am reporting in with 12AF, and a complete SNC for the week

I am thinking about having some wine tonight, but will see how I feel later - I only have 2 days to play with - and one of those is accounted for on the 30th!

You're doing really well tracy, and you sound to be in a very good place now and proving that it's possible to feel good without drinking!

Sorry to hear the same isn't true of the Rainman household. It seems so wrong that you're trying to save money on heating so that Mr R can spend it on booze.:(

8 AF please Shaggy even though my lovely mum offered wine with dinner, I resisted. She can't enjoy the wine as she has been suffering recurring water infections, and it would have been cruel to have some while she had water. So we each had water. Did follow it up with a yummy sweet mince tart with home-made mincemeat. Divine.

  • I'm not doing too well on the AF days so far this month, but I'm not drinking to excess either.
Mackeroo - Please can I join the School Night Challenge again next week and I'll do my best to manage 4 nights please.
