and I'm also aiming for saturday to be AF as I'm at my In laws (we're coming to the UK for a day at the olympics!)

Ohhhh Lucky You! The olympic village really does look fantastic! Have a great time.smiley_olympics.gif
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Oh *@!? I have messed up already  I got carried along with some friends last night and ended up drinking nearly a bottle of wine  So cross with myself and feel carp, off to work now. Hoping today is a better one.

gien I am so jealous, have an amazing time!

Shaggy Glad things with your sister are looking as positive as can be. And well done you for not using alcohol as a crutch when things have been tough :)

    Have a great Friday everyone,

Me too:o although fortunately not so much that I'm feeling any after effects today. Problem was I had promised myself a drink after a potentially stressful appointment yesterday. In the end it was OK but then the men won the cycling gold, DH had a glass and then..... Excuses I know:(

I'm going to a 40th 'hen' do this evening. I am going to drink but I'm going to be sensible. I just hated feeling hungover last week.

Me too, feeble really. we had afriend around for dinner last night and we sat in the garden eating and looking at the view. Only had one glass though, thank goodness so I feel fine this morning.
    Trying to keep in budget.

  • Just 1 to report Shaggy. It should be 2 because I was AF until 10.30 yesterday evening but having spent hours online I was successful in buying Olympic Athletics tickets - so excited! :j
I just had to have a glass of wine to celebrate :o which was a bit of a waste of a 'drinking day' but I do intend to be AF today.

Glad to see everyone still cutting down, for me I don't know how many days it is now as I stopped on the 7th December 2011, the thing that keeps me going is knowing that I am paying the Government less excise duty to squander on any stupid ideas they come up with.
