Glad to see everyone still cutting down, for me I don't know how many days it is now as I stopped on the 7th December 2011, the thing that keeps me going is knowing that I am paying the Government less excise duty to squander on any stupid ideas they come up with.

Morning :hello:
I ended up going to the pub with my OH and a couple of friends last night. It was a really lovely evening so I'm glad I went. I had 2 glasses of wine; but they were large, so I probably had between 4 and 6 units. Still - first alcohol in 2 weeks so well within government guidelines
Have a

PS I'VE UPDATED THE POST ABOVE WITH YESTERDAYS REPORTED AFDs (#2905)
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Afternoon all!!
Mari - 3 on the SNC please!
Shaggy - 3 please!
Mari - Piglet not so little anymore!! He's 6 (7 in December and already reaches my shoulders!!!!) But still as gorgeous as ever
Maman - My avatar is a "Zingy" from the EDF advertsI had a mad fit of knitting them and ended up doing them in all sorts of colours for people :rotfl:Chicks are long gone....to a good home I'll hastily add! The man who gave us the ggs found a good home in his village....an ex headmistress who has lots of land and loves chickens. I wanted to keep them but Fluffy was a cockerel so really not practical. My Dad took them for us and I was very good till he drove off...and then I blubbed!!:rotfl: Will definately do it again though, and if I can get hens I will definately keep them. Loved raising them and became very attached!!
Gien - very jealous of you going to olympics! I've been glued to the TV and have been known to scream at it during swimming and rowing!!:D
Shaggy - glad to hear your sis is positive - a good mental attitude is key to beating these things!
