Last night and Sunday were both AF so feeling good. Tonight I am going out for a meal so unlikely to be AF but I will limit myself as it's a school night.Trying to keep in budget.

Pricey, I swear we were seperated at birth......all afternoon my mind has had me picturing me sitting in the garden with a cold glass of pinot!!
Work tomorrow...so am resisting!!**Keep Calm and Carry On!**0 -
Another 2 more days for me please, makes 5:j
To update I went to the GP today after jumping through a few hoops for their new screening system:mad:
Anyway, I didn't directly mention that my pains could be liver related, as i've got them in various places now. I have a hiatus hernia and also suffer with bulimia and on medication for acid reflux, so i'm wondering if its all linked with that.
Anyway, i am being referred for a chest x-ray and also back to the gastro consultant to check out the hernia as its been a couple of years.
My blood pressure is low and i have no lung infection which is good. A few things didn't add up to a specific diagnosis, so at the moment we are just ruling out the obvious. Tomorrow I go back for a blood test to check my kidneys, liver and a few other general things.
I feel relieved that I went, a bit ashamed I couldn't be as open as I wanted, but I am glad my liver will be tested as a matter of course. The pains i am getting are currently more of a burning sensation behind my breast, yet last week it was an ache behind my lower rib cage. I do sound a strange one eh?
AF again tonight, but I have been tempted at times. Tomorrow I will be but thurs my working hours are day time this week, so that will be a tricky one.
Will see!
Hope everyone is well and we are all in a good place this evening.Live for the moment and plan for the future0 -
Popping in before bed - not AF but just a couple of glasses.
Good that they're checking you out cuppa - no matter what is the problem, not drinking at the moment will help to improve the situation. Good luckTrying to keep in budget.

Hi everyone, is it too late to join this month's challenge? I'd like to start my AF journey straight away rather than wait for next month. Over the past year or two I have tried various methods to cut down my drinking - only drink at weekends, only have one drink etc. None of them have worked, so I am going to have to accept I have to give up alcohol completely. That means I'd like a target of 9 DAYS for the rest of the month please.:A If saving money is wrong, I don't want to be right. William Shatner

:T:T:TOh that is such a tempting picture - just substitute me for you and it gets even better! However you are right it is a school night so I will have to hope that the weekend is nice so I can have a glass of chilled wine in the garden after the whole working week has finally come to an end. It will of course now pee it down with rain from 4pm Friday! :rotfl::rotfl:

Morning :hello:
2 more AFDs to add.
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
