HTC Sensation XE or XL

Both of these phones are good but which one do you think is best and why?

System

The Sensation XE wins. It has higher/sharper screen resolution. It has a dual core processor instead of single core. And it has the Adreno 220 GPU, which only very high end smart phones have. The XL has single core processor, the older Adreno 205 GPU and it is not a high end smartphone. XE would be much faster.

As previously mentioned, the XE is the better of the two 'cos it has better components.

However, if you have your heart set on a new phone with a really big screen, take a look at the Samsung Galaxy Note, it has awsome specs. & is the best handset currently on the market IMO.

Depends what you want, looking at this myself.

XL - bigger screen, lower resolution, longer battery, later version of sense, single processor, proper headphones included?, white only,
more on board memory 16gb vs 1gb but xl has no micro sd slot - So if you install a lot of apps that INSIST on using memory rather than card the xl wins.

Probably going for XE though, as my wife won't have a white handset!

On contract the xe is about the same price as the original sensation but worth about £150 more ( comparing sim free prices ).
