Am aiming for 16 NSDs this month but after my first week I've got 6 already. Am going to see if I can get through to next Wednesday which is officially food shopping day.
I've been sticking a sticker on my wall calendar every time I achieve another NSD and I'm finding that a very motivating reminder.

Have managed 4 NSD days! Am new to this so chuffed. It would be 2 more but did spend on mending work trousers and travel. They were both budgeted for, but I want to try and make it genuine NSDs!
