An unexpected NSD#3 for me today, as I overslept following a very challanging nite shift, and didn't get around to going out and paying last council tax installment of the year. They will have to wait another day!DFW Nerd 1394.

Not doing too well as I've only had one NSD this month and that was on the 1st.
Did some online shopping early this am - 1am - If I'd have organised myself better and done it before midnight I could claimed a NSD for today - stupid me. Hoping for some NSD's between tomorrow and next Mon when I do my weekly shop0 -

Today was my 2 NSD. It almost wasn't i saw some reductions online and had decided to actually pop into the actual shop to save on the P&P however after much talking to myself.......a worrying common habit i seem to be developing:o, i decided that we really didn't need those bits, at least not until i have gone through the kids wardrobes at the weekend. So i avoided the shops and came home instead:). I think this desire to reach my NSD target my be becoming a bit of a problem as a friend asked me to visit a well known crafting shop and i told her i could only go next monday as thats my allocated spendy day. Luckily she was ok with that but now i wonder how i'm going to resist all those crafting goodies:(.
Frodo I have had a couple of those nicely worded coucil tax letters before when i have been a little late:o i keep meaning to put the payments on DD but forget every year, maybe this year i should write myself a reminder then no more letters.
Lotti579 Someone brought me the wagamama cookbook a few years ago (its my fav restaurant) and i was very excited, until i realised that the recipes where not very family time friendly and i couldn't buy half the ingrediants in my area:(
Rising the right dog is out there for you and Im sure you will find it soon hun:)
The 3 things that i really enjoy about this thread the wonderful people, discovering what people class as spends and how we are all so accepting whatever our differences.

Spendy day again
I'd forgotten one of the ingredients for the slow cooker so that didn't get set up this morning
So as it was a speedy day, I put some fuel in the car and bought the local paper.
Try again tomorrow....0 -

Evening all! A howling wind outside but all is snug in Chateau Nargle. Chickens tucked up with Horlicks and hot water bottles, puddy tat tucked up in his bed in the kitchen, Igor somewhere down in the basement rinsing out his second best vest and socks (let's hope he's not making a vat of stew at the same time, I still have nightmares about what I found myself chewing on last time he tried multitasking...) and I have plans for a luvverly warm shower and fresh PJs and a bit of sofa surfing.
NSD-wise, my poor old bank account didn't know what hit it this week, with all the post Christmas bills and the first of the month stuff coming out all at once. Plus having to get bits and pieces to go with the Christmas leftovers to make something reembling normal meals. Still, will be aiming for another NSD before the week is out, then a few more next week.
Big Mumma - so kind of you to invite me to be on the Tardis Spring Clean Challenge, however it seems Nora has beaten me to it. And she has had the excellent idea of donating the proceeds to Jinty's boss (instead of putting it on the roses) - perhaps if you can rustle up some more of that Sprout Curry, we could feed it to Hubert then stockpile the results and hand it out to anybody who upsets any of our NSD gang members. Instead of a horse's head in their beds, they will find something from the other end of Hubert - justice indeed! Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth, !!!! for !!!!.
