Good morning all!

I'm afraid I dont have any NSD's to report.

Had a lovely day on Friday, but I spent some money on a dress from G€orge and it wasnt even on sale!! It was £16, but I really liked it so I succumbed!
I had a lovely coffee and a chat with my pal, so yes, Friday was a good day!

Yesterday OH went out for coffee and went shopping for a jacket for him ( he NEVER spends on himself). He got a noce one in Debs sale and I got a lovely blouse reduced from £35 to £10 - so I was very happy!


The good news is that I made £160 on my fleabay sales!!! I cant believe it! :j:j
I have now purchased my Kindle - I got it via Quidco ( 5% cashback) and Tatco have a £10 off WYS over £75 so I basically got it for £75, result! :jI pick it up tomorrow. I decided to treat myself to a posh cover with a light, ordered using some Nectar points so I saved some money there too!
It means I have a bit extra, so I will have a little shop to myself on Thurs when I'm off again.

I spend yesterday afternoon monitoring the sales and labelling up my parcels. My PO is open today so I will try to get the majority posted and out of my spare bedroom!

Hoping not to spend today though!

NSD #6 for me yesterday please

Had a lovely day yesterday, taking a couple of naps and then at a friends house with some old neighbours. The children were better behaved than the adults!

While I am here I just want to praise M&*S for their customer services. I had bought flowers online for a birthday present and they hadn't arrived. I contacted the courier as their website said they had been delivered. It took 20 mins to get through and when they did answer they couldn't get hold of the driver. They said they would get back to me and they didn't. Total time of call 25mins. :mad:
So phoned M&*S. My call was answered right away. A new bouquet sent out and a £5 voucher to me as an apology. :T
Btw the original flowers turned up. They had been left at the wrong address:eek:

Well, as I thought yesterday was a small spendy day Picked up some bread and milk in F/Foods and couldn't resist two books for 50p in the charity shop. Was also very tempted by a couple of jumpers for work in the shop but I resisted. I also went into our local jewellers who do a club type thingy!!!! You put money away every week (any amount) and save to buy in the shop. Thought I'd get started for birthdays and Christmas

Today Mr A will be delivering, so another spendy day and this shop has to last us three weeks :eek: apart from the F/foods weekly bargain bread and milk

Back to NSD's tomorrow hopefully.

Good morning folks from a very wet and windy NI:eek:

I'm off to my parents today but am very hopeful of an NSD, although will report back later. I also have to confess to being very stupid, as I decided to apply for a 0% purchase credit card last night online. MR T declined, Another said I'd get an answer within 48 hours and of course I was indignant by this stage and at the how dare they decline me etc, so just had to make another application:mad:. And to think that I advise members on the forum not to make any more than 3 credit applications in a 6 month period:o. You would think I should have more sense and having thought about it overnight, am not even sure if I want the card:o. My point is, please learn from my stupidity, although I'm sure you all have more sense. End of rant:rotfl:
