    To a point, yes.

    But as it's an iPhone, it functions well and is popular. I sold an O2 one for £140 this evening so they must have something going for them?

    Its a Iphone, they are seen as some sort of essential product. The 3GS is just so old now.

    just ordered the wify a Samsung galaxy W on virgin media ,(we got cable and had virgins mobile for years )
    free phone,free delivery,
    1100minutes any network
    500txts
    500mb internet
    3000 virgin to virgin minutes
    all for 17.99 on a 24 month contract totaling £431.76 over the period ,so we paid £191.76 more than we pay usually over 24month to get a new phone which would have cost me more for sim free and pay as you go (£245.95,mobile fun,£299.99 cpw pay n go )and less minutes
    there or their,one day i might us the right one ,until then tuff

    People like T-Mobile are offering the iPhone 3GS at £15 a month currently (and you can get cashback using topcashback etc).

    Galaxy W is great phone, 1.4Ghz, very fast.
    Its £212 at pre pay mania sim free, £200 after topcashback/quidco, so I don't think you got a great deal, but still quite good.

    i do not think is was a bad deal,like you say not a great deal or best but a good deal to say the leased and considering she only had 300minutes and 300 text for £10 a month ,i can live with it
