  • Morning Peeps,
I see you are all doing really well!!!
I have spent some serious time in here in the last week reading diaries looking to stay focussed on own problems!!! Well they were problems, they not any more they are now targets I am very focussed on getting rid of:o. Really not sure how long it will take, but who cares? have done my signature out for all to see OMG. I know not as high as some but is higher than others... Not included the mortgage I will save that for later :rotfl:.Son and GF still not an item aye well sh as they say. I aim to help sort sons out also - give me strength;). I am so pleased I have found internet banking where have I been all my life... I really cant get over how easier it makes things easier - I really advocate this in aiding getting finances sorted.
Ebay sales are really going to help roll this on despite the issues I keep having with the site grrrr:mad: repetative persistance will pay off:) 68.00 extra paid off Virgin this week:T... and breath...

Yay, another payment for me. Received £7.94 from Quidco, and closed an aged savings account and received a cheque for £1.80 :T

  • Yipeeeeee. Feeling so positive at the moment. After weeks of really struggling I just know I will be sending some extra money over this Friday. Might not be a lot compared with some people but at least I'll be paying off some of my debt rather than adding to it.

    Hi,
Have been skint for a while but am bouncing back with an extra payment of £1.65 this week :j
  • I know just what you mean fantastiyk about being skint as I have been the same, totally unable to make any extra payments at all. However, like you, things are beginning to pick up and I have been feeling quite positive about the whole problem and looking forward to making an extra payment tomorrow. Now some people believe that positive thinking brings rewards and I'm wondering if they're right because today I was made an offer I couldn't refuse for a piece of furniture I no longer like or wanted so I'm able to make an extra payment of £200 this week plus, hopefully, some more tomorrow. You just never know what's around the corner. As a proportion of the total debt its still not much but every little helps and it's so good to watch the figures go down instead of panicking because they're rocketing up. Off now to amend my signature.
  • £2.31 in me tin.

Keep it up guys and for those that are skint, keep posting because least its on your mind and you will then feel even more determined to make an extra payment when you do have some pennies spare :-)
