Morning all, welcome sugarpuss
sugarpuss I try not to use the word 'diet', it conjours up all sorts of denial, boring food etc, so I just say I have a meal plan.hth
OG I have a very addictive nature, gave up drinking 8 years ago after years of hitting it hard, and smoking 6 years ago after 40+ a day. Although I wouldn't give you tuppence for an alcohol drink now just occasionally I'd kill for a cig! Suffice to say I put on 3 1/2 stone when I gave up, hence weaning myself off certain foods. Still not interested in chocolate though
Re dried (or dry) fried egg, it's all done by the magic of electricity and a hot frying pan
B - F&F, ss milk
L - maybe out with friends, if so will try to choose from the 'under 700 cals' but have just about exhausted all options on there. Pity they don't do a low cal/fat pud, that's always my downfall! So tba
T - if needed, maybe a small salad
S - fresh fruit
E - perhaps later as breathing no so good yet
Dodge the rain, enjoy the sun0 -

Hi Sugarpuss27.
I know how you feel. I have a lot to lose and sometimes it feels overwhelming. So I find that it's better for me to concentrate on my target for each challenge and not to think about the final goal. I'm trying to follow a sensible eating plan and not eat to many carbs.0 -
afternoon all
just a quick post as have batch cooking to do lol
breakfast - turkey rasher + salad sandwich (2 small slices bread)
lunch - ham, cheese + pickle sandwich, crisps
dinner - hm stirfry (had to test the batch in the end!)
tea - hm corned beef pie, crisps
snacks - few spoonfuls of nutella, fruit pot x 2, 4 x oreo bics, ice cream0 -
Hi Sparrer, I agree about the word diet. As soon as I think I might be missing out on something I crave for it, especially something sweet!
Thanks Gresleyrover, baby steps is the best way for me I think. Don't beat myself up if it doesn't go right. Today is a good example so far. We have our respite placement this weekend so have been baking as bless her she loves it. So we have iced fairy cakes and cheese scones scones eat up. Hubs is at work today so have packed him loads up to get rid of them!
So meal plan for today is
B - crumpets and jam (needed eating up)
S - 3 rich t biccies
D - roast chicken dinner, New tats and veg/choccie mousse and fresh fruit
T - will be iffits (will have to have a cheese scone and fairy cake tester)
That will be it for the day.

Thanks Savesummore:hello: Will keep following you all until it's time to join in. Feeling very positive today after finding this thread yesterday. Thanks again to you all.
Dragon, can I just ask, when the challenge starts, a week next Saturday I believe you said. Do I just give you the amount I would like to loose for that 13 week period or any more details such as weight and ultimate goal? With Our Thoughts. We make our world - Buddha

Just the amount you would like to lose, it starts on the 29th (although people weigh in over the weekend so the final tally will not be until the evening of the 30th or the morning of the 1st for this challenge! :rotfl:)
