Just called them up, and got through to the teleslaes team.

No arguments or digging needed - got an extra line added to my account with this offer to move from another network.

My contract is up in Jan as is my partners so this is of big interest to me as I was going to move to GiffGaff who offer a similar plan albeit with fewer minutes, for £10 a month.

Silly question but what number do you call them up on? I'll be calling later!

Call them on 191 from your handset, then I used option 4, then option 1.

Just spoke to the loveliest lady on the phone who immediately knew what I was talking about and swapped me straight onto it. A better tariff than I was on (more minutes, although I don't actually need them!) and £5 a month cheaper, so saving £60 over the year.

Thanks for this my contract was up next month and was going to leave for Tesco Mobile so now staying put for nearly the same price.

I just said I was leaving as I had seen a better deal elsewhere and she offered me this straight away!

£5 a month saving for me and I stay on same number etc and without the hassle of moving! so thank you.
