  • Morning all!
Not much to report here. Yesterday I gave a friend my plastic greenhouse as I've no need for it so at least one thing to add to the list. So it's 32/100 for me do far. I'm itching to do some more sorting today as this thread has got my really motivated, but I must attempt some uni work.
    Have a great day guys

I'm watching this Britains Biggest Hoarders. These really are extreme hoarders! I don't understand how wet soggy newspapers can mean something to anyone! I find it quite sad really.

Think I'm going to do shoes and bags today.

^ I don't seem to be able to do anything today, am so tired. I accidentally decluttered my lovely reading lamp by smashing it. I've got a big pile of bags/belts etc to go on eBay but think I might take a break today :rotfl:

I watched the BBC hoarders programme today too, found it a bit less sensationalist than the C4 one and showed how much work it really is to declutter.

    32 - cd sold on ama$on
33 - one very large parcel from ebay sale :j
34 - one cheque/envelope to gumtree seller (envelope has been sitting around for over a week now and feel superguilty :o).

Writing this now which means I HAVE to go to the Post Office, although it is now tipping it down so will turn into a bit of a mission!

:) Quiet day today but one small kitchen appliance exited via Freecycle...............oh, and something else to Freecycle last night.

Not a good day for decluttering, I have failed miserably! Only managed to throw away some magazines. I've been saving them since 2009  with good intentions to follow some of the recipes and garden advice.

I used to tear recipes out of mags and pop them in an A4 ring binder. Those were the days when I was more organised.

Hi everyone! Not had much time for decluttering as I managed to get a new job and will have to move. Now we've found somewhere to live I will seriously have to downsize everything! Today was the start of the big heave ho:

    1-4. Parcels for ebay
    5. Massive bag of recycling (paper, magazines, empty boxes)
    6. Black sack of rubbish that can't be recycled
    7. Empty storage box that I no longer have a use for
    8. Empty candle jar

    So that's 8/100 for May.

To be honest I'm looking forward to moving, I relish the idea of a clean start! :o

I've got loads of bags and some shoes to put on eBay at some point, got so much listed at the moment, lots of watchers and getting lots of bids too which is good. Need something to keep me busy at the moment.

Just decluttered a car to the scrapyard. £200 in my pocket too. :D
And today we have managed to rehome a nest of tables, a vase, a car seat and some cardboard boxes.
A huge pile of plant pots has gone to our local primary school too.
