Also going to declutter PC and get my spreadsheet updated. Busy busy day. Just watching last nights Hoarder Next Door too.0

You lot are very inspiring

I've been decluttering at work too. Giving away nick-nacks to people. Just want less stuff. More of what I like, less of what I don't like.
Got rid of some PC bits on Freegle/Freecycle today. What I find amazing about that is I always think I'm not sure if this will go, but they always do.

I have some more outs, I just decluttered the kitchen cupboards and 3 huge bags of out of date food. Am cluttering out an old laptop battery and in another new one. I have 3 old computers that are dead, I think I might take these to the tip too I have tried selling for parts but they are kind of old computers so no interest. Any suggestions on how to ensure all data is destroyed. I think we might just keep the hard drives.
Spreadsheet has hit the £300 in profit mark. Still got plenty of stuff for eBay! I made £400 on my post uni declutter in 2008 so hoping to beat that this time.0 -

I have been having a massive declutter as well. This past week I have:
Sold an old necklace and bracelet I have never worn, an old broken phone, some Avon primer half used, a lipstick, a perfume bottle, a carafe that looked lovely but was just gathering dust, a photo frame still in it's packaging and a few other bits on eBay - listed 20 more this week...
Given away two boxes of boot sale stuff, a money plant, a plant pot, a kitchen sink (yes really), a tap from a bidet (err, yes really - the bidet was broken up as no one wanted it, surprisingly), a broken lamp and shade, books, a venetian blind, a duvet cover and some old towels and tea towels..and some other stuff I can't remember - all on freecycle/freegle
I have recycled two magazines (okay slightly pathetic)
And I boxed up 89 CDs and DVDs and put them on Music Magpie, collection on Tuesday.
But there is still loads to go....!! I'm not even a hoarder, honest! The kitchen sink was in use for a couple of weeks ago, and the bidet was in our bathroom but was never used and I was sick of the sight of it, not to mention it was wasting space.I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off
