The decluttering continues. Just about finished DS1 room. He does need a new chest of drawers though so that will be an "in" tomorrow. Threw a few more bits of rubbish and gave it a good clean.

Sorted DS3 wardrobe. He tried a load of stuff on and I now have a pile of clothes to pass on to a friends son, I made a list as we went as to what he needs for the summer so a few more "ins" to buy.

DH is busy painting, we are using paint we already had in so there will be some empty paint pots to go before long.

I have also cleaned the bathroom so a couple of empty bottles now in the recycling bag
    .
Phew I'm really tired now but very pleased with our efforts.

    Have a great evening everyone.

And I'm back in. Had a lovely holiday and now back to the grind! I've got a huge list of things to list on eBay so going to try and get a load listed tonight and tomorrow as it's my day off. Everyone is doing so well. At the weekend I'm hoping to get mum on board to sort our dreaded old airing cupboard which is full of rubbish, but for now back to eBay, a few things are selling in every round of decluttering and it's all under the bed so it's not in the way. I have so many tacky little 2p machine prizes (we go to the seaside a lot and can't resist playing them) these are going on eBay.

53 - 55. worn out shoes from under the stairs. Binned
56 - 57. mismatched spoons with weird stains (recycled)
58 - 60. two more garments I don't wear and a ripped blouse that I can't mend to CS & CS rag bag
    61. more packaging for items we've used a lot (recycled).
    62. Primark bootie slippers binned - very sad looking after a hard winter!
    63. a bundle of saggy hangers to recycle.

Ironed all the pillow cases & more of DH's stuff so ironing mountain now reduced by 45 items - just the big, heavy or awkward stuff left - some holiday this is :(

    5. leftover Fabric scraps , too dull to bother doing anything creative with

Have continued to eat from the stocks today :). Gave my friend 17 cupcakes and several £££££'s today as she was fundraising for her DD's guides trip to Switzerland. Have 4 kids here today and tomorrow and swapping 2 for 2 others tomorrow evening . Tomorrow's my last day off until Wednesday next week and I don't envisage myself getting anything done over the holidays.
Hope to repaint bathroom after holiday as still have some paint around which will do the room.

bookcase off to my sister on Friday and the old pc to DS1 and a curtain and PSU to go to DD1 asap.. I'm not counting it as out until it is gone!

64 -65. two tatty petticoats to CS rag bag

Going to go through underwear & nightie drawer today - what joy :j

Edit, some hours later. Oh dear ....
    66. - 90. tatty pants, mishapen nighties, too-small bras, faded pjs that were too small anyway, a basque  (had fallen down the back of the drawer, then had worked out under the base of the cupboard). What a temptation I am to be sure :o.

I've gone through some books now. I have a box full of books to go to the charity shop now. Won't count them until they're actually out now. Don't know when that'll be because my car's broken.

I know it's a bit late but my final total for March is 42/100, last 2 things were a puzzle book I finished off and recycled and some facial wipes from the stash that I used up.

    April:
    1. Easter cards from stash written and posted
    2. Blu-rays sold on ebay + packaging
    3. Small bag of recycling collected from around the house
    4. Baking ingredients odds and ends used up
    5. 2 cleaning products in bathroom used up and bottles recycled
    6. Bag of recycling from DD2's craft drawer which DD1 helped her sort through
    7. 2 items from food cupboard binned (OOD half used soy sauce that won't open as it's been there so long and half used packet of seed things OOD!)
    8. 2 colouring books to CS bag that DD2 no longer wants/hasn't used
    9. Craft recycling collected from table/floor, e.g. bits of paper from cutting out etc
    10. DD's friend's birthday card/present/wrapping paper taken to party last night

With the rubbish weather we've been stuck in today so done a bit of tidying/decluttering but I have to say the living room floor looks worse than ever!!
