Well, MIL has been at my so called eb@y pile, to take to the hospice sale. There are things I've tried to sell that haven't gone, but now they are, and to a very good cause. I can't bear to go to the hospice myself yet, have only been back once since and it sent me a bit demented. Anyway, gone are
    Baby carseat
    Baby carrier
    Yoga mat
    Bank of infant toys
    Bag of kids shoes
Bag of hand knitted baby cardis

Think that gets me to 82/100 so close. I have some sprouting potatoes to go in the garden soon, not sure if they count?

59 items relisted on ebay today and have another 2 dozen to list on there tomorrow.

Well done. How do you manage to get so many things listed on ebay in one day. It seems to take us forever to list one item!!

bossymoo, it is probably helping your MiL to 'do' practical stuff for you at this time. It's nice that the stuff is out of your way too. Gives you a bit of breathing space. Hospices do such wonderful things that most people are willing to help them. I'm only sad that you had to be on the receiving end of their services at such an early stage in your families life :(.
You 'may' find you're able to deal with visits in the future and again you may not. Just be kind to yourself.

I have 3 recycling boxes to go out tomorrow. That's very exciting for me :). Actually, they are already out as I have just put the boxes on my front step by my massive flower pot. When I'm feeling beefy, I'll swap the flower pot to the door side. More faff to get to the recycling bins but at the moment they are benefiting from the small amount of sun received in that spot and I'd rather my strawberries got it :D.
DH said  when he saw the rearranged cupboards earlier and said he won't be able to get to anything now. Hopefully it will work as is.
He made lunch for tomorrow earlier and annoyingly enough, the pittas I bought last night were mouldy already. Not happy :( so a whole packet wasted. I would have had them for lunch but I had 2 rolls instead as I wanted to save them for the lunches as I knew the others would all like them.
Got a message from someone about the exercise bike I had listed on the sale site on FB. She had said no she didn't want it at £5 (+ £2.50 delivery). She came back asking if I'd let her have it for £3. I politely declined and said £3 wouldn't even cover my fuel costs to collect it and take it to her, so wasn't worth the faffing around and lost time for me. She replied and said her boyfriend said she could have had it if she got it cheap as it's an old model. I replied "There's cheap and then there's cheap! No worries, I'll take it to the scrap metal place where I'll get more than £3 for it :)". She replied "Ok theres no need to say that, It was just a offer, A simple no would of done fine" (sic). So now I've inadvertently offended someone else. Obviously I must have a really grumpy tone of voice :(. I hate upsetting people and will now be worrying about this for days as well as my ban from the site. Great, I'm off to work tomorrow for 3 nights so let's hope I don't open my mouth and put my foot in it there too :(.

Can I count the pritt stick I got wedged up the hoover nozzle as an pout now or do I have to wait until I get rid of the hoover? :o. That will be many years time hopefully!
This morning, I have decluttered the garden of long grass. It was the first mow of the year and boy does it look better. I always forget how much bigger a trim makes the lawn look. Hopefully will be able to keep on top of this this year, wasn't able to so much last year due to bad weather on most of my days off.

Hello! Found you all again. don't have time to catch up yet, but here I am still decluttering!

Have a huge pile of books on the dining room table, sold a few last night :j but may need to travel to show an expert some of the more interesting ones. However, that has created shelf room for some of the books that didn't have anywhere to go before, and so a bit more floor space :rotfl:

Not sure how well I am doing overall but am feeling relatively inspired at the moment ;)

Hi all, I'd never heard of Facebook selling pages til I came on here! Must look into it. My eBay items have watchers but sadly no bidders but still got 2 days to go.

Started on the paperwork yesterday . Went through the desk, filing cabinet and small filing cabinet. Found dh's driving licence that we spent hours searching for last summer! So out with:-

    32. Bag of shredding.
    33. Loads of paper in the recycling bin.

Today was too lovely for clutter so I've just been putting things away now it's looking nice.:)
