Although I have not actively posted on this post, I have read through most of it, you are all an inspiration. So much so, I spent the whole of Sunday blitzing my DDs nursery. i managed to get out 4 black bags of rubbish, three big boxes of car boot stuff for the loft until the weather improves and 2 huge boxes of things for Ebay, she now has an immaculate bedroom, with cupboard space to spare even after the tonne weight of presents she got for Christmas and everything in her wardrobe no fits, so no going out in half-mast trousers when DH gets her dressed!!!!LBM - 3/12/11

Bag of rubbish to the tip and cardboard into recycling. Have tidied the top of the drawers in the bedroom. Determined to get the bedroom sorted as I have new curtains and bedding which I have had for ages.
Listing some items on Ebay, and will be sorting more later.
Might finally be getting somewhere :TYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
I'm making up a bag for the charity shop, lots of stuff listed on Facebook before I attempt listing on eBay. Bags also for the tip. No idea why I have held on to most this stuff! The curse of the spare room!! Now who to talk into the tip trip0

Some of us have been on this thread (and previous ones) for years! Various people suggest challenges as it goes along, sometimes a 30 things this weekend, 10 items of clothing all sorts of things like that so if the 100 items a month challenge is popular it can certainly keep going if someone wants to keep track etc.Initial Mortgage January 2024 - £160,000

I've just sent a full bag off to the CS. I've done quite well on clearing the hotspots and little piles of stuff around the house but I think I need to get ready for some of the bigger jobs. The garage is the really big one. That man is richest whose pleasures are cheapest. Henry David Thoreau0

Mine does that too. I'm always telling him to check for the fit for the boys' clothes but he always manages to find the too small items. LOL:rotfl:Their=belonging to them, There=over there
