i love smelly candles too, but really am trying to not buy anymore: a) I have loads already and b) in an effort to be a true MSEer I don't have money to burn (literally!) anymore... Easier said than done, though, isn't it!? So far I've managed to keep away from places where I know they seel the stuff and I've ignored any TC sales online. So far so good.
You've inspired me now to burn some of these things, rather than just keep them shut up!!!
Just the same as me - I had a lot of Christmas tarts and stayed strong and did not cave in to any Christmas candle sets. Instead I bought a pack of 200 tea lights and used them to melt the tarts instead. And it worked a treat! I didn't buy anymore and used my Christmas tart burner. I still have a Chrstmas one on the go and am using a normal tart burner now. And I made a deal with myself to use up the non Christmas ones and may when these are gone I will treat myself to a new set but not beforefinal unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550 -

Hi Everyone,
Have been good and bad!
Good:
Finished a tube of toothpaste and a pack of face wipes so £2 in the pot. Another toothpaste due to finish very soon.
Bad:
I used a £5 Boots voucher to get more face creams. I usually have back-ups but am using my last jars. The frustrating thing is that I still have two vouchers to use up and I feel that I 'should' use them up! Does anyone else share this battle? I often get more face wipes.
Hope you are all okay.

I too have to fight this battle! Just do what you think and if you have the vouchers and can get what you need at a lower price then go for it and then don't go for anymore until they've gone!final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333Proud to be Dealing With my DebtDFW Nerd 1154 Long Haul 1550

I think that you should go for it if you will need it eventually but when it comes to having 5 bottles of something then you don't "need" it.
On a happier note I've used up a shampoo it was a big bottle onto the smaller bottles :j0 -

HI All
I tried to use the vouchers on face wipes but they were all out of stock on Friday - I think everyone's got the same idea!
Two more items finished - a anti-perspirant and a moisturiser that I did not enjoy. I used the last bit as a neck cream. That's £2 to go in the pot.
Some nearly finishes coming up:
I've nearly finished a body lotion. My brother had a clear out last year and I benefitted with loads of creams that he doesn't like/use. I think I may also get rid of my mascara - i've been using it a while but it is drying out.
Hope you are all doing well.
