  • The last of my vitamin E moisturiser has gone this morning - another £1 in the pot and need to dig out another pot of face cream ready for tomorrow. There must be another 50 or so lurking around my house.

    Bodyshop moisteriser, by any chance?
I have a few :o lurking in my house too - day and night versions.
Love the stuff, but I rather went a bit OTT with stocking up in one of their sales, when I didn't really need to do anyway as they are often on offer.:rotfl:

  • 2) I will stop buying candles... I have a cupboard and a drawer full! Is it ok if I put 50p a candle in as I often burn a couple of tealights every day? Perhaps a pound for the bigger candles.

I'm with you on that one! I am going to burn my yankee candles all the time I'm home in an effort to a) enjoy having them and b) declutter them. No value in just keeping them in a drawer!

  • now this is a challenge i'm definitely up for!

    1. i think it's best to start off using up all the stashes of body shop body butters i've got the moment. there are about 3 pots to go through... i've also got 4 bottles of dove bodywash that needs to be used up, which should be more than enough to last me 100days! (sounds like i'm a hoarder, right :rotfl::rotfl:)

    2. No McDonalds for 100 days. considering the fact that i normally have it at least once a week, i should be a able to save up enough to buy a pair of Jeans in a 100 days:T

    3. No buying of lunch at work... strictly packed lunch (God help me)!

it's going to be a tough challenge, but i'll definitely let you guys know how i'm getting on!

    Welcome aboard tinigirl!

Your challenge sounds good especially with the McD's one turning into a new pair of jeans - good swap plan there!

Please pop back on and let us all know how you get on!

    Hi Everyone,

    Some great challenges and use-ups!

I've got three empties to report! A toothpaste (we had two on the go for a while!), a conditioner and a sample pot of night cream. Three more pounds in the pot!

I've not been doing well on the daily exercise - I must get this into check! I will aim to walk to or from the station daily to get started.

    Keep going everyone!

Not doing too well on the challenge so far - start to the year full of madness and sadness that has sent us all out of kilter. I have also been very ill with a nasty flu bug. But now things seem to be on the mend and I am hoping to get in that pool by the weekend!

Everybody else is doing soooo well :)

I'm with you on this. It's a case of getting a routine going. I sort my lunches in the evening as I am NOT a morning person. It's sometimes hard and sometimes I'm not organised enough to have anything in that is any good. But I don't have anywhere near as many canteen lunches or break time snacks as I used to. :A
