Update for yesterday...
1) Two scones, one cheese with butter/one plain with jam & clotted cream, lovely but I'm never going to lose any more weight like that .
2) Meal plan for the week already done.
3) No spends on other people.
4) Face & neck moisturised. Four days in a row :j.0 -
Not sure I should tell you this Dolphin but you can defrost scones quite successfully in a microwave - straight from frozen to just warmed dampness in a few seconds.
Sorry...but well done on the moisturiser. Are you liking the results?LD 12.25 £1600.00/£0700.00 Fn £274.00 LTFn £525 LLTFn £300

I thought it was time to review our weight loss to see if any progress has been made.
Last update on 30/06/15...
My weight loss - 13lbs
OH's weight loss - 1st 2lbs
Today on 26/08/15...
My weight loss - 1st 4lbs
OH's weight loss - 1st 3lbs
So in the last 8 weeks, that's a loss of 5lbs for me and 1lb for OH. Still going in the right direction I guess but may have to cut the rubbish again to make real progress.
(Hope you don't mind me putting this on here Mrs HappyNow but it helps me to stay focused.)0 -

(Hope you don't mind me putting this on here Mrs HappyNow but it helps me to stay focused.). Congratulations, and it's good to see that your daily treat isn't having a negative impact. I'd imagine that makes it more sustainable long-term, not feeling totally deprived of treats? I hope your OH doesn't feel disappointed at just a pound off in the last few weeks - it's still downward and 1st 3 overall is excellent. Are you still doing your walking?
WELL DONE BOTH OF YOU!LBM Dec 2011. Aimed, but failed, to clear all unsecured debt by Feb 2019. Finally free of unsecured debt 21st May 21!

Debt May 21: Unsecured ZERO! ZILCH! Mortgage £22,3320 -
Quick round-up for the last couple of days.
Moneysaving My hairdryer burnt out today while I was getting ready for work - one half wet, one half dry. Grrr. I seriously can't manage without one, I look like a cocker-poo, so I've ordered one using the last of my clubcard points. Tessie's double-up promotion is still on and I only had to pay £2 in real money. It's being delivered to store tomorrow.
Healthy eating I was doing OK until I started on the kitkats. Three two-finger ones isn't THAT bad, is it?
Freezer emptying More chips..........
Alcohol None drunk for the last two days but I will be buying my weekend bottle of cheap red plonk tomorrow
Sleep Hmm, I should have been in bed an hour ago but I stayed up to watch Celeb Big BrotherLBM Dec 2011. Aimed, but failed, to clear all unsecured debt by Feb 2019. Finally free of unsecured debt 21st May 21!

I'm pleased you posted that, I'd just been wondering how the weight loss is going

At the moment I'm not sure whether most of the 5lbs was lost during July when I was still not having any treats as it's only been August that I have increased the treats but we'll see. OH not disappointed although he knows he still has a lot to lose.
Yes, still doing the walking, I enjoy it, OH not so much but forces himself because he knows it's good for him.0 -

I definitely couldn't manage without my hairdryer (or straighteners) so know where you are coming from and only £2 spent to get a new one :T.

I think you know the answer to that question, don't you?
