Yay go Dolphin with the younger-looking skin - now there's a sentence I never thought I'd write!

Haha, if only it was that good that one application would give me younger-looking skin :rotfl:.

No, not daft at all, I have some hand cream on my bedside table for that exact reason :). The problem is that I am always too knackered to put it on when I go to bed along with the rest of my bedtime routine. Maybe I need to set an alarm during the day to remind me to do it.

I'm not keeping up at the moment at all, sorry, but couldn't read that and not post. When I know I'm going to be superlate to bed I do my face earlier in the evening, often before I cook dinner. That seems to work for me.
    Better is good enough.

Me too, then spend the evening desperately hoping that we have no surprise visitors to witness my shiny, mascara-less splendour!

Struggling to keep up this month. Will post properly later, but suffice to say - doing carp this month.

'Rah rah!' (Cheering you on from the sidelines.)
Nothing wrong I hope? Just general real-life?

    Monday and Tuesday:
    • Eat healthily. There are no sweets, biscuits, cake or chocolate in the house. I took no money to work, just my healthy lunches (umm, apart from £1 for my Monday O2 Domino pizza). This method is harsh yet effective, I'm eating well.
    • Money Saving Victory! My toaster broke a few weeks ago and I have been waiting until I can afford to replace it. With a flash of inspiration I checked the guarantee and it has a two year warranty with three months to go. Rang them and they are sending me a brand new one :)
    • Freezer emptying Seriously, our freezer is like the Tardis. Nowhere near the end, but I am persevering and it is very MSE.
    • Alcohol I had one glass Monday and one glass Tuesday to finish that final bottle. Nothing left now and I'm not buying any until Friday - and that will be just one bottle of red.
    • Sleep About five hours each night. That's OK for me, I function on it.

Rah rah! (Still cheering you on.)

Nothing wrong, just either frantically busy or dropping from exhaustion. A couple of late nights and I'm bu**ered, it seems! Back soon ...

Update for Wednesday & Thursday (had visitors from Tuesday to today and it has just been manic)...

    1) A slice of carrot cake on Wednesday, none eaten Thursday.
    2) Meal plan for the week done but adapted it slightly because of visitors.
    3) No spends on other people.
    4) Not done either day.

*sighs heavily and pulls Dolphin aside for a quiet word* You spent £4.99 on moisturiser! It's not going to work sat in the bottle, is it?:D
Seriously, it IS amazing how something so technically easy can be so difficult to do. Do you have something 'treaty' you do every night? Watching Corrie? Last cup of tea before bed? Maybe you could tell yourself that your treat has to wait until you've moisturised, to give yourself the incentive to get it done?

Why not give yourself the rest of August off to rest so you're all fired up for Super September? I hear it's going to be super! Thanks for the cheering though, nice pompoms :D
