We have 4 children who have now flown the nest, each with 2 children, so lots of fun things to make for them. We now have 4 spare bedrooms and I have craft stash in 3 of them. Would be better to turn one into a craft room!
    Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes
  • the flown the nest bit is the operative sentence there
last year we extended, and i got a dedicated craft area, big bench, proper storage etc
and slowly but surely its been made into "a den"
a lazyboy sofa came, then a big TV on the wall, then another sofa
we sit here now and the lounge is but a distant memory:rotfl:

Ooh but think about it craft plus comfy sofa etc sounds fun to me.

Do you have pics of your craft area
    Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes
  • i've never taken pics seths gran
(i do confess to having a dresser elsewhere that is filled with boxes of craft bits too, i'm a bit OCD about storage:rotfl:)

i just had a delivery from lakeland
(i ordered at 6am christmas morning:o 8 cupcake cake tins, that contain 4 cupcake mugs, only £4.99 ea guess what my theme is NEXT year???):D

anyways, i forgot i had ordered a heart wreath thingy made from.........bells:D
probably worth buying for the bells alone (was under £3)
but its too pretty to destroy:o
