Stop the 7000 numbers first and maybe it would be worth while seeing if you can get an alert when a certain figure is reached money wise and/or consider pay and go so your not hit with large bills again in the future?0

The chances are he requested them, so reclaiming will be unlikely unless he didn't.
Reverse billing by text is a damnation, but it removes control from the customer, and that's just the way commerce likes it.0 -

I am no expert and I don't know if this is typical for Virgin only. Probably because of this I don't understand what difference this makes.0
