Non leaking Woolite was left with my neighbour today - even though I chose click and collect. Football fleece has been cancelled by Very and not had other item delivered.....yet. I did not open a credit account with Very, happy with my freebie

stranger and stranger after checking my account with the status 'credit rejected' even though i paid the £1 for my order by card i assumed this was their way of cancelling my order. I then recieved the woolite today at the door even though the original order was a collect+. All very bizzare and my bottle was leaking too but as it was free and even the £1 wasn't taken from my card i can't complain!

Lovely freebie 'treat'

BUT whoever handles or packages the parcels needs to do their upmost to stop leaks as both mine received yesterday were leaking!!

One was BASHED TO BITS the whole top of the container had been knocked off , Woolite EVERYWHERE , even the delivery driver didn't seem to pleased as it must have mucked up his van! lol

Not even 1/4 of a bottle left in that one!!

Nice to have a freebie , but nice to have it intact too and a whole bottle please! ;)

Second bottle leaking as well , just looks like it had been squashed , but loads left in that one thankfully!

Maybe Very need to look into the way the Woolites are transported as am imagining loads of leaking Woolite bottles in parcels all over the country!!!

My two were also leaking! It seems that the lids have small cvracks in them where they have been bashed, but one had half left in and the other was just under three quarters full so have still got some to use! I paid for my order straight away using my card and hadn't realised that you needed a credit account to get them so wasn't expecting any to arrive so was pleasently surprised by my squidgy gifts!

Does anybody know if you have to take ID to pick up the delivery from Collect+, as we haven't near, so was going to get my mum to pick it up near hers, but she obviously wouldn't have my ID..

My local store dont ask for ID even though they should! They just ask me for my account number, so id say it depends on the shop and how strict they are with the collect+ rules.
