    Only just read this,i ordered some giftwrap with the Woolite via Collectplus,now i've received notifications that the giftwrap is ready to be collected but not the Woolite.
    I don't have a credit account,does this mean i won't be getting the Woolite as i don't want to make another journey as the Collectplus store is nowhere where i live and i will have to take public transport to get there?

    When i ordered my bed sheet and the woolite it said the woolite would be ready to pick up on the 30th (today) but the sheet would be there a week later on the 9th.
    I went down to pick it up early this morning to be told theres nothing there for me :( then i got home and had an email to say the sheet had arrived and was ready to pick up.
    Logged into my very account and it says order accepted so god knows what the hell is going on.
    They could of emailed to warn not to go and collect, what a waste of my time :(
  • I had a email to say that my orders were ready to pick up today I pressumed it would be the Woolite as it stated on confirmation delivered 30th went there to pick up to see that is was my ordered items no woolite. Telephoned Very and the nice man stated on the phone that they haven't had any Woolite in yet should be coming in next week. I think very are again pulling a fast one, none of my invoices had Woolite to follow even though they were on the confirmations!!! I think it's their way of getting us to clear sale stuff. I have a credit account with Very and I'm one angry customer the items I've ordered will be going back if I don't get ,my Woolite!!!

    Me too :( the code should not have worked if they arn't going to send it or if we wasn't entitled to claim it... like on other sites it would say we couldn't use it at the check out. Mine will be returned too :)

    We've been reading through and can see there are a few questions from some people and can see that many have been answered by yourselves. Thanks. :)
    We thought we'd post also offering any help that anyone may need.

    For anyone asking whether a credit account is needed to claim a Very Treat, yes you do need to have a credit account.

    Also we read that a few people hadn't received their previous treats. If this is the case, you can email us at [EMAIL="Network@VeryHQ.co.uk"]Network@VeryHQ.co.uk[/EMAIL] and we will look into your account to see if the treat was applied at the time of order. If we find that it was applied then you would have to email our Very Treats team at [EMAIL="info@verytreats.co.uk"]info@verytreats.co.uk[/EMAIL].

    As some treats are vouchers to use elsewhere, then we do advise to allow 4 days from the date of order to receive your e-voucher and before emailing us, could you please check you junk inbox as some inboxes recognise this as junk. To prevent this from happening you can add our email to your address book [EMAIL="very@e.very.co.uk"]very@e.very.co.uk[/EMAIL].

    We have only been allocated 4000 bottles of Woolite available which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and they may be delivered later on after you have received your order placed with us. If stock is no longer available you will be offered an alternative Very Treat.

    thanks for commenting wish other companies would read the board more & fine out what us consumers want !! ;)

    On the subject of very treats some of them are out of many of our league what with time constraints & busy family lives etc. something cheap & easy like this wollite deal is brilliant hope they do more treats similar to this in the future.

    I am sure it would be much appriciated by all. !!

    It WOULD be appreciated if regular customers who pay the full amount by card could get the deal as some of us do not WANT a credit account and get ourselves into debt / oweing money when we would rather pay up front for our items but then we are penalised and don't get any 'treats'! :(
  • I have a credit account. I got my order today and no Woolite.
    I am SO angry, I'm sending the whole order back.

    I think alot of people will be returning their orders after this and as i said before it shouldn't of let us past the check out using the code if its invalid to that person, then to tell people the woolite will be delivered today and have them going all the way to the pickup point to pick it up to find its not there is wrong :( an email costs nothing
