Paid by card on a £4 order, had it delivered to shop, no Woolite, gave up hope as it's only for credit customers, gets a knock on the door just now and a VERY (pardon the pun) well packed bottle of Woolite was handed to me. Bizarre.

I've just received 4 more woolite. Courier took 1 back as it was dripping all down the path, then when I opened the other 3 they had all leaked - lid smashed - so I have in effect 1 bottle. Once I have decanted them into a whole bottle, that is.

Kitchen smells very fragrant now.

I got my woolite today. ordered collect+ and collected my items last week with no woolite but today someone knocked my door and it was my woolite delivered to my front door via the home delivery network :j

Just to add...not a credit account, paid with card at time of purchase

got mine today too. i ordered the wrapping paper and the woolite x 4 orders. they cancelled the wrapping paper and sent the woolite lol. i also do not have a very account. although one bottle had the lid cracked it was free, thank you very xx

Woolite delivered today.
Wrapped up in a Jiffy Bag, inside a plastic bag.

Opened it up, stuck my hand in to a liquid mass inside the Jiffy bag.

I got the leaking one.
