    Am thinking it would have been far easier for them to have posted a voucher so we could have collected it from a supermarket instead! :rotfl:

    all 4 of my woolites arrived today, even though i only put 3 orders in! also some orders havnt arrived yet, while others have. very odd system

    I also got a leaking one. Still chuffed I've got 3 quarters of a bottle though, not sure if I've got a credit account or not, I always pay with card..

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Has anybody returned an item that they ordered to get the Woolite. The cardi I ordered is too small but I'm chuffed to have had my woolite smells lovely will they charge me for the woolite if I return the cardi???

    IIRR the soggy bit of paper that came with mine said it is yours to keep no matter what.

    Thanks I have just re checked the packaging and found the note and the Calgon voucher too!!!
