Warning To All Sellers

I've come across a complete nutter, current feedback -4 who is bidding on auctions without any intention of paying.
What's worse is that a load of these auctions are ending in the next hour and I'm sure that you can't cancel peoples bids with less than 12 hours left, or am I wrong?
Case in point here http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7500444864 I figure maybe if we work on this we might be able to warn the other sellers, just in case there is something they can do.

snaveuk, This guy is NRUd now (thankfully!) looks like he was a bit of a timewaster - although all of the auctions only finished in the last few hours so I can't see how could get written off for non payment so quickly??

Why do people do this? Waste of time2p off is still 2p off!0

Looks like he only registered today too! I know that sellers can claim back FMV's, but I don't think they can claim back there inital listing costs
I'm thinking there should be some type of system on ebay. Whereby if you're a newbie you're only allowed to bid on items of up to £5.00 in value, and when you have good feedback, let's say 5, then you can bid on expensive items like cars and camcorders.

Or, the money just comes straight from his bank - that would teach him

When you login to ebay there is an option you can tick to prevent people with -1 or lower feedback bidding on your auctions. Also you can prevent people who've had a unpaid item strike in the last 30 days bidding. Very useful.I hear the cry of the silence around me.0

look at this bidding history

Perhaps a more cynical soul than myself might think that Ebay had 'employed' someone to set up false bids, thereby forcing all those sellers to relist......at full price of course.I haven't been asked to tell you that I'm the Board Drunk for this board. As the night wears on, my posts will become worse, with simple spelling mistakes, inane ramblings, and a blatant disregard for the truth. I have no authority to do anything, so there's no point asking or telling me. If you see me past midnight, please tell me to get my coat and order me a taxi.

Yowser. I've read somewhere that ebay appear to be shill bidding on various auctions. Just rasing the price by 5p or so, but just enougth to earn them an extra 1p. If they do this frequentlly, it would raise thier revenue somewhat dramaticlly.
But to do this? Would they be able to get away with it?
