Anyone got a non 09-- for virgin.net? They are hopeless at replying to emails and I need to get a Migration number asap. Last time I phoned them on their premium rate number (at £1 per min), I was continually holding and in the end had to hang up. I used to have an 08456501000 for them but it is no longer in service (was kept holding on this number one day for 38 minutes!).

but might be worth cancelling your debit/credit card too, as Virgin seems to like charging you for a service, even though you have already terminated your connection... see my other post:
