Hi all,
Well i went over my planned total but feel quite happy anyway as its much lower than it would have been if I wasn't watching what was going on.
So onwards and downwards (grocery spending only:)) hope everyone is well and doing better than they would have without this thread and the lovely peeps that contribute:T.

Today is my first day of my first GC this year!! :j
I've read every post in the Jan GC to get me back in the swing of things. Thanks for everyone mentioning the £5 off voucher for Ald!. I'm gonna buy their super 6 on a weekly basis to vary (and boost) my fruit & veg intake. Feel like a bit of the lurgi coming on so time to sort out what I'm eating. Always crave healthy food when I'm ill, is this normal??
Unsure whether this months budget is realistic as I'm going to attempt The 7 Day Juice Plan, which involves just juice for the whole week. But I'll get more of a buzz if I stick to the plan, so I'll cope with that.
Making my list now, then off to Ald!. I have shopped there before, but not for my main shop. Anyone any advice on what to buy and what not to buy??
Good Luck for Feb everyone

Thanks Helen. Just defrosting my freezer so should be room for a few cartons of milk.
Funny how all that's in there these days is tupperwares full of batch cooking, or ingredients to make stuff. Rewind a few years and it would have been full of ready meals!!
I'm very proud of myself :rotfl:

Would really recomend their Almat stain lift Gel,£2.19 for 21 washes
it says outstanding cleaning from 15C andit really works I had some rather dingy looking towels that really needed a hot wash but threw them in with beding by mistake. They came out brilliant.Slimming World at target0 -
