Officially bankrupt! It was so painless, the clerk, usher and judge were all so nce!
Also whilst waiting for the order to be typed I got chatting to someone else who was there for the same thing. We were both so relieved.
So, here's to starting again!
Dojoman, can you please add me to the BR list?

Offically BR now, and had call from OR, a little worried as she said my lose online banking option for co-op basic bank account, and i check this daily to pay nursery fees, etc and to keep on top of things and stop going overdrawn- any thoughts??

Well done for getting through the court process:) you will not lose your online banking with the Coop, but if it was a Barclays basic account you would, your Coop account will be fine:)
