How can I stop a strange cat coming into my house?

If your cat has urinated on your carpet, use bottled club soda. Remove the cap, stick your finger inside to block the top, shake hard to fizz and with your finger still inside the opening spray the club soda on the carpet until lightly wet. Differing wee near cat flap to make it clear the house is "occupied".
