Mis-sold 3DS Skylanders game? Rights to return?

Have to add my wee bit in here - I'm a regular shopper in Gamestation and have never once been sold a new game in an opened box. I have shopped regularly in East Kilbride, Hamilton and Motherwell and when I buy a new game it is always sealed, never opened - not just new releases. The only opened box games I've ever received have been pre-owned ones so the others with comments about it must be store specific.

Glad you got it sorted blue_monkey. My wife got it for me and my son for the XBox and we are currently having lots of fun with it - except the inability to find any additional characters in stock! It's a fascinating game, all credit to who thought of this idea - a true way to provide hours of fun while still being able to generate loads more money from the sales by requiring at least 8 different characters to open all ares of the game... (still like the idea of it though!)
