Thanks for the add, have added those who have added me.

Going to try another review later but will put more detail in it. Just wanted to get a feel for writing them. Can I edit them and add things in like prices.

Also when will i be able to rate back? Do I need to have received so many rates first?

What does my white status mean and what will change when I get to green?

You can edit the reviews whenever you want to. The more info you put in the more rates you will get I should think. I am not sure how long you have to wait till you can rate back, the white status means you only have so many points, the more you do on the site the more points you get and your status changes colour. I am violet now but cant tell you what it means lol, I dont remember it changing either so dont know how many colours I have been. Hopefully someone else will be on soon who will know the answers xx

Have just put another review on of our laptop, will see how that does.

For the challenge will try and do 8 reviews so 2 a week and will try and tie those in with the promo and do electrical thins if we have enough.

With the Chow coloured dots, you get points for doing things on the site and when you have enough points you move up to the next colour. You can see how many points you need just above where it tells you how much you've earnt. You get points for rating reviews and also for writing comments on reviews. Once you move on from white you should find you get more rates.

Don't you have to have average rating of helpful to be able to rate? And the coloured dots don't mean that much really. You get taken a bit more seriously as the regulars know you are there to stay. You also get an extra E per day as you go up, till you have 9 a day you can give.

Sorry I haven't been about much today. Busy day with my volunteering, school runs, taking DS1 to a party and picking him up, dog walking, ironing and whatever else the day has thrown at me. I am feeling cold and fatigued now, and behind all the stuff I usually do.

Further on with general house stuff though at least, and the dog enjoyed walkies. I hope I thaw out a bit quickly otherwise I can see me ending up in bed early.

1. I WILL write 10 new reviews, I think thats a managable amount I just don't have the concentration span atm to write anymore than that, but if I do it's a bonus.

2. I promise to check T everyday for quick surveys and polls, and if I get time do surveys available.

Elysia - It's probably the chow gremlins about again, theres always something going wrong there these days!

Boat - Will pop over and rate you later, glad you started reviewing stick at it and the more points you get the more other members will realise that you rate people back and stuff and will rate you more.

Rufus - Give me some of that motivation, you are doing fab this month!

Hi all, Boat I have rated you and added you on c, posted an opinion on T earlier and have had 34 responses so that is great I now have to go back and do some of theirs. Haven't even managed to complete my spins on sp today yet, tips runs done, upstairs tidyed, loft sorted so not a bad day overall.

Just logged into sp and did my spins, saw my account need verifying, so clicked on there and filled out the extra info they wanted, only for my points to drop from 164 to 4:mad: Has anyone else had this happen to them??

Wow, not been here for a little while, but well done everyone, amazing progress!! Unfortunately I have hit the buffers big time at the moment. I have just found out that the eldest Toonie's school is probably closing at the end of the year. He is in year 7 and unfortunately Toonie 2 is in year 4 of the feeder school. Am now wading through endless prospectus (which are all starting to look the same), whilst deaing wth the Toonie's complaints which so far range (from Toonie 1) an objection to attending lessons on Saturday morning (fair point), objections to compulsory involvement in a Cadet Force (again, fair point - I am pretty sure that survival in the wilds would mean no hair straighteners), lack of Latin lessons etc. From the youngest Toonie, such complaints as "looking like nobody in the school farts", inadequate ballet facilities, and daft hats. Coupled with the fact that it looks like the Toonie scholarships are rather generous, its all a bit fraught. To be honest I will be glad when the decision is taken to close or keep the darned school, at least I will know what I am up against, at the moment its a strange sort of limbo existence. Rant over.
