Morning all

I did a review for C yesterday for their 7 reviews promo. I copied it to DY as well so that 2 of 20 done.

Not sure what the plan is for today apart from getting some rating done on both sites. Might have to go up town later but the wind is howling down our chimney and its freezing out so might not bother if I can help it.

I thought it seemed extra cold in here today, OH just got up and noticed the storage heater hasnt come on in the dining room over night. Its the one that fell off the wall the other week so might be knackered. We have brought the heater down from my craft room for now which means no sewing for me until we get it sorted out. OH told his Dad and he has offered to buy us another portable heater tomorrow so OH will get it on his travels tomorrow (going to a funeral) and I can have my one back for the weekend.

I have written two more reviews this morning ready for uploading so I have done three out of the five for the C promo.

Well done on all the review writing Rufus, and I hope your heater gets fixed soon.

Great new challenges . My personal favourite is number 4 but I'm up for all of them. I pledge to write 10 reviews, I think realistically that's the most I can manage time-wise, so there's no point putting myself under pressure and trying for more, then failing. I've just spotted I got another Crown on DooU, that's 3 in a row now after over 2 years of none! The extra pennies are certainly appreciated.

T'loony - For the opinion writing, would it help if we had a list of usernames like we did last year? That way we could answer each others opinions and help each other get to 20+ answers, thereby earning lots more points. I would be happy to compile the list again if people would be interested.

SB is picking up a bit for me now. I kept doing searches but had nothing for about 2 weeks. Then I tried Rufus's suggestion of searching nonsense and I got 8 sb the first try!

I think I'm going to make a cup of tea while Oliver is asleep.

Hello all, I think what you may be on about with watching vids for longer on sb is that they have put an ad in front of most vids so you have to watch the ad first therefore you cannot fit as many vids into one day!! I am at cashout on there again so happy with that.

For the challenges I am going to say 30 at least but that is new reviews and not counting any I copy over, I have been doing opinions on t but will try and write some of my own for extra i'm still stuck at 62000, number 3 I will try and do but the coupons never seem to be for what I would buy - maybe people could post any good ones they find on here so we all know. Number 4 I have already done as I had my hair cut on Tuesday!!

Haven't managed to read the last couple of pages so off to do that now - caught up now, nicky I think a list would be a great idea and i am the same as on here and I am off to do a opinion now!

Have just written my first review on chow, really want to get involved in this months challenge but had not done a review as yet. If any of you get the chance to rate it i would be grateful. It is for a hotel we stayed in while skiing, my user name is same as on here but with 81 at the end. Can i post the title of review? Any pointers would be well received as well, is it too long/short, too general etc.

I will go have alook now hun and regarding the ms they used to be instant but I have been waiting for 2 weeks also:(

A list for T would be great I put a opinion topic on start of jan and it only has 4 replys despite me making rounds and comenting on lots of topics myself. Not sure you get any points untill you recieve 20 replies so if we get a list done it will really help xx

Written review 1/20 but going to do some rating first before I add it. Finally up to 40 rates on my last one only took around 5 hours of rating myself for them to be returned :rotfl:

I have done well today. I got stuck in as it was too cold to go out and too cold to do much in doors (my excuse) so I did some reviews instead. I have done the five now for the promo on C. I will put another on tonight and then one a day until they are all on. Really pleased with myself as I can copy them over to DY too. Once on it will mean I have done 6 towards the thrifty challenge.

Did any of you try for the Ideal Home Exhibition tickets this afternoon? OH saw about it and told me to try so we were waiting for three o'clock to come to get the code, then it was hanging for ages so OH took over while I was getting dinner done. Then when I came in he had got the code and put it in the other site but that was just saying we were in a queue for ages, then after about 15 mins it came up and said we had got the tickets. Really pleased as we went before and really enjoyed it. Will be a nice trip out in March, that will be two trips to look forward to as OH got me a tour of the Emirates stadium for Christmas as well and we are going there in March too.

Off to eat my dinner now, probs be back later on in between tele watching xx
