I didn't do any stitching yesterday - aside from cleaning and watching Olympics I went through my 'completed' Box yesterday and listed the sizes of the pieces I want to frame....28 of them :eek:

I framed 4 yesterday, will fire a few pics up in a bit. My plan is to budget for 1 per month at the framers. Dunno where they are going when they are done though - some might be allocated as Xmas presents this year.:rotfl:

:mad: just been down to the recycling bins in our local supermarket except the paper one was full/overflowing so I've had to bring all my paper recycling home again :mad:

Bobbis Mummy - hope you manage to finish Noahs Ark on time. Have you got much left to do?

Flat Eric - I'm with Louise re names - if its a milestone one put their names otherwise granny/grandpa. Card is gorgeous btw.

Louise - WOW - 28 to frame. You will need a bigger house to get more wall space.

That's lovely. Now that I've sen it I think because it's written after the word Congratulations it's as though you are addressing them directly so Granny/Granpa would be suitable. If that makes sense?

I have about a 3rd to go plus all the backstiching, desperate to get it finished though before the beginning of Sept so they can take it back with them otherwise it will prob be christmas before we see them again and really would prefer not to post it. Waves have been very time consuming as multi coloured blues and not blocks and oldest been off for school hols last couple of weeks so have missed my 2 hour stints at lunch time when DD2 has been napping!!

Have completed one full page so I have decided to put it to one side for the time being as I need to sort out some birthday cards for the next couple of months.

Off to trawl through some old mags to see if I can find any inspiration

PS Off topic Didn't we do well yesterday at the Olympics. :j
Didn't really dawn on me how far the long jumper and jumped as it doesn't really look that far on the tv but we were sitting in the garden this morning and DH explained that 8.3m is virtually the full length of our garden - ouch.

And we are doing so well at Olympics, I have been glued to the tv lol. Currently watching Andy Murray 2 sets up against Federer - what a final!:T:j
