Louise - I checked my mags but couldn't find anything that hadn't already been found - sorry. what you have charted sounds really good, I'm sure it will look lovely and a wonderful tribute to your dad.
. I also emailed the seller the other day as mine hadn't arrived and I got the following reply back "sorry for taking so long.now uk air mail sucks here.it updates very slowly.now many shipped to uk packages no on times delivery.my postoffices try contact uk postoffices many times.but no answer. please you patience waitting .hope you understand.have any question please mail me.Best regards."
Not really sure how much longer to leave it before asking for a refund. I would have liked to have taken it away with me for my Easter holiday. If it hasn't arrived by the time I get back from holiday then think I'll ask for refund (does anyone know if this refunds the postage as well?).
Kelly - sorry to be cheeky but in the books you have posted on the facebook page do you have a chart of a tuba? If so any chance of a
I feel so bad now, because I posted the link about this seller and now no one seems to have received their kits - I've still not received mine and am going to ask the seller for a refund.
I'm really sorry for anyone who bought from her. I've bought many times from overseas incl Hong Kong and never had any problems before. I think I should have waited until I had received mine before posting about it, I'm so so sorry.St. Francis said: “A man who uses his hands is a laborer. This is the message I have just sent to the seller.
Again I'm so so sorry for those who bought from her. She had good feedback, and I've never had problems with overseas post before.
Hi this still hasn't arrived and its been a month now, so could you please arrange a refund. If it does arrive it the meantime, I will of course re-send payment.
I'm very annoyed as I recommended you to a few friends who also bought kits from you, and theirs too haven't arrived.
Please arrange an immediate refund so I may purchase elsewhere.
Thank you.St. Francis said: “A man who uses his hands is a laborer. One who uses his hands and mind is a craftsman. He who uses his hands, and his mind, and his heart is an artist.”0 -

i soo hope you get an easy refund but i have a horrible feeling she only refunds once you leave bad feedback (unless you open a paypal dispute).
she has got 11 revised feedback (this is normally where she says "i will refund if you change your neg feedback to a positive".loves how my "I've been censored" signature has been censored. LOL. Happy Christmas. :xmastree:0 -
I'm thinking of opening a dispute. TBH I only do it when its absolutely necessary, so I think I will give her 24 hours to respond and then if I've not heard anything then I'll proceed.
I'm so annoyed at myself as there was another seller selling the same kit at the same tiime, and I so wish I'd bought his, then these problems wouldn't have happened.St. Francis said: “A man who uses his hands is a laborer. I read the ebay section quite often on here and I'm pretty sure you have 45 days to make a claim for an item not received through paypal so don't let the seller drag it out too long.
You are entitled to all your costs back (the item price and the postage you paid) so if the seller doesn't fully refund or threatens not to refund unless you leave positive feedback go straight to paypal and file an item not received claim.
When this is all sorted and you leave your feedback, don't mention the dispute, this can lead to getting the feedback removed.
Let's hope they see sense and refund immediately:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
Hi Louise - haven't been around much over the last couple of weeks and read your sad news. I think your book is a lovely idea and something your family will be able to treasure along with all the happy times you have spent with your Dad. Thinking of you and all your family.
Have had a rubbishy sort of couple of weeks but I know others are having a much worse time so I wont grumble too much. Stitching has suffered and I still haven't finished fire engine which I need for my brothers birthday. Didn't like doing it on 18ct (almost finished it) and then restarted it on 14ct. I think I will have to buy some card to make a card to get something the size I need. I have got to the stage now where I just want it finished and start something else. Will post a pic later in the week.
Will catch up on all the post during the week. Hugs to everyone who is in need.

I haven't been in the mood for any cross stitch today which is a shame as the weekend has disappeared fast.
At least we have the Easter break to look forward to although I don't want any easter eggs, I shall keep an eye out on sew and so and may order a kit instead! (although I really do not need any more cross stitch stash!):D
I am not sure what is wrong with me this weekend but I have been feeling very down. Bit random really as I really don't have anything to be unhappy about.
I hope everyone has had a lovely weekend. Extra long one next weekend :T0 -

Please don't feel bad about it, you didn't force me (us) to buy from her. I still love the design and would be really pleased if it turned up.
Chicky & Shelly - thanks for your comments I will email in another couple of days and ask for a refund. It's only 26 days since I paid for my kit so I've got over 10 days to go until I need to worry. I live in hope that the kit might arrive this week. Perhaps it's held in customs.Cross Stitch Cafe Member #59 :j

Sorry to everyone but thought I'd say that I've just checked the resolution section of ebay and it says I need to wait until 7th April before opening a case, so I will do as I said above. Really hoping this will arrive this week.Cross Stitch Cafe Member #59 :j
