Having trouble accessing the internet from my mobile.

When I try to access the internet from my mobile (via 3G). It seems unable to access the page. I can access it via wifi. My phone is the Orange San Francisco II. I found this on the internet, but it seems to have made no difference. Any help guys.

Well just done a factory reset, and that has seemed to have sorted it.
Just got to reinstall my apps now.
