hi everyone I called anglian water after hearing of discounts offered to people in certain situations financially or medically
filled in a form and they said I was not intitled to anything on these terms but being a 'LOW USER ' they changed our tarriff :T
We pay £25 a month and are on a meter with 2 kids ,regular baths, dishwasher and washing machine
we do the toilet thing except when guests are here and don't run the tap when brushing teeth:o
give them a call and try your luck been on this for 2 years now0 -
:T Thames Water do have this tarrif (vunerable household) it is for low income and medical ailments eg eczama and conditions where water is used more eg incontinence. They cap a water metre bill at about £271.
My son is on DLA

really peed off as our water is 843.99 per year (84.40) per month:eek:
don't know if we'll be helped as we get child tax credit not the working tax credit...will this make a difference?
i have 4 children, not on a meter and with south west water, i s'pose i'd best give them an e mail to see if owt can be done"You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view...
until you climb inside of his skin and walk around in it"
