LBMs come again and again, because priorities wax and wane. Get back up on that wagon and start making plans on how you're going to kick your debt into touch.

Even little things like meal planning and spend diaries all make such a difference.

How much will the bike be, and are you getting value for money from the gym?

My brother brought a brand new bike from ebay which was really cheap so might be worth checking it out.

well, what can I do in the gym that would save me money elsewhere? Nothing really.. just to excercise... which I will! at least i will be skinny and pretty.

Freecycle? How do I know the bike they sell there / give etc would be my size and all?
    And the same for ebay?

    Amazon sells bikes for £79....

Shower, wash your hair, keep warm during the day without using your own heating. Did hear of someone ironing, but I think that looks a bit suspicious... ;)

Exactly, and you won't have wasted your money.

If it wasn't in the description, you'd ask the seller as to what size it was.

Is there a reason you can't use the gym regularly to get benefit?
Have a look at http://www.sterlinghouse.co.uk/ - I bought a bike from there brand new £40 and its kept me going for nearly 5 years. They have a sale at the mo. Will you use it though (sorry haven't read your posts for a few days) or could it be a whim and a false investment.

Freecycle items are free and there can be loads of ladies bikes (a general size should fit most people unless you need it for serious sports)
