Just sticking my head round the door to say hi, and commisserations about the £55 till April 9th. Lots of 8 p.m. bread from Tesco, I guess (the 10p ones).
Sorry I disappeared off - new job takes all my energy not to mention time, but it's getting us into a healthier financial situation.
Will be back sometime, meanwhile look after yourselves.

What was your total on the EBAY sales Deliciosa? Did they go up nicely in the end...?

Thanks Nic, no problem at all, hope you had a nice day and that you finished all research/essays/nightmare uniwork!

LA, thanks for coming in, I missed you :)
Ebay update: 4 items sold for £33 (actually not bad), excludig postage. I have withdrawn £49 from paypal which should arrve to my bank account next Wednesday. Allocation of this: £20 to HSBC credit card, balance will be £996.16, which is closer to my goal of being under 1000 permanently (but interest will be charged on this unfortunately so need to come up with a new idea how to make at least 20 and pay it in before the 9th of April…. Another £20 will be paid on to my amex and £9 will stay on the account. I will have to top up my work food card by £10.

Miggy: missed you too!!! Yeah cheap bread, not doing anything.. I'll survive and if I blow my budget, I will do better next month where I will have no travel expenses (£84) and no pesach (paid £145). So, there.

    :)

Good stuff Deliciosa, I am glad you made a decent amount of money from the EBAY stuff (though I understand we always could do with just that bit more!).

I have got Friday off work and I am going to spend some of the day completely scouring the house to see what I can sell! Clothes, belts, DVDs, CDs, nick-nacks.....you name it!

I hope you can find a few more bits to help make up that £20. Can you get any more samples per chance? ;)
