It makes me giggle, they tell staff to lie through their teeth to put us off the scent, but if we are waiting for the 75/90% off it's not exactly going to make us buy at 50% by telling us not this week lol. It's not the best sale out there by far, but have to spend my hard earned boots points on something, I owuld be mortified if I had to spend 'real' moneyComping wishlist for 2017

Hi I dont think the 75% sale will be till next week, I work there and nothing was mentioned today. Also I find it very strange that staff fill baskets up and put behind counter as they are not allowed to do this.
I think it's their way around buying stuff on their shift especially if SA's have no idea when the sale is on, but last year there was no manager on duty in the store just three members of staff and one who questioned me as to why I was there so early and how I knew about the 75% off, I found it a bit rude and odd but I guess they want cheap gift sets as much as anyone else doesComping wishlist for 2017

:rotfl:You're as bad as me. Last year I came home from dropping the kids off, logged on here to read about all your bargains so dashed off to my nearest Boots before all the good stuff went. Came back to see I had left my front door WIDE OPEN! :eek:0 -

There's something going on as the items such as Ted Baker and Lynx sets saved in my wish list have been gradually going out of stock this evening - this afternoon they were in stock albeit at the full price.0
